NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2010 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT
PLAN
(A certified copy of the full text of this ordinance is posted in the office of
the City Clerk) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
August 16, 2011 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 Civic Center
Blvd., Yuba City, California, the City Council of the City of Yuba City will
hold a Public Hearing on the following: Pursuant to the provisions of
sections 10621 and 10642 of the California Water, the City of Yuba City
has prepared its Final Draft 2010 Urban Water Management Plan and the
City will hold a public hearing as a result of said preparation. The hearing
will provide an opportunity for the City's customers, residents, and
employees to learn and ask questions about the current and future water supply of the City.
Final consideration, after public comment period, will be held on August 16, 2011. A copy of
the 2010 Urban Water Management Plan will be available for review after the Public Hearing
at City Hall, 1201 Civic Center Boulevard, or accessed and printed off the
City's web site at http://www.yubacity.net/utilities/urban-water-management-plan.htm.
All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing to express their opinions. Written or
verbal statements will be accepted at, or prior to, the close of the public hearing on August

Written statements should be mailed or hand-delivered to the City Clerk's office, 1201 Civic
Center Blvd., Yuba City CA 95993. The Council Chambers are accessible by wheelchair. If
you require auxiliary aids or services (i.e., signing services) to make a presentation to the
City Council, the City will be available to assist you. Please contact the City Clerk's office
